Relax in this peaceful 3bd, 2ba, 2nd story condo near Clemson & Lake Keowee. The community offers a daily boat slip available on a first come basis. Guests are welcome to use the community pool. Grill out on the front porch and end your evening with a beautiful sunset! 11 miles from Clemson. Lake Hartwell, Jocassee and hiking all nearby.
The space
Fully stocked kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, range, refrigerator (ice maker),Keurig, electric tea kettle and coffee pot. Propane grill on the front patio.
Both indoor and outdoor dining tables.
3 Smart-TVs
Master has King bed, TV, dresser, large closet, master bath with garden tub.
2 guest rooms have queen beds, large closets, 1 dresser each. Ceiling fans in all rooms and 3 individual fans provided.
Washer and Dryer provided for your convenience.
Linens are provided as well as towels.
