Summary: We are a family of 8 adults and 6 kids! We had kind of a major hiccup with the property - and coming off a holiday weekend the company was scrambling to get it resolved, but their vendor was unresponsive! Problems are going to happen, but in my opinion Book Hocking provided the best response, offered appropriate solutions, and satisfied everybody in our party. A few of us have already booked a cabin in January, and will not hesitate to use this company or beautiful property next time!
