Positive: A really nice apartment and thoughtful touches such as cereal and milk/ juice being provided. Apartment was also a really good size with comfy sofa and smart TV.
Negative: The on street parking permit it out of date as of November last year and I didn't receive a response from the host when raising this. Also there is a £150 damage deposit that is not well advertised and isn't requested until the day of check in. Information on collecting keys isn't given until the deposit is paid. Again when asking when I can expect the deposit back I received no response, but it was retuned within 7 days of checkout.
