Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: I chose this property because of its proximity to the museums. While I was in London for work, I also wanted to be able to do bit of the cultural stuff too. The property, while compact, had absolutely everything I required for a very comfortable stay. I actually did make use of the washing machine as I had spilled coffee on a blouse I wanted to wear to a meeting. I didn’t use the kitchen but I know what to expect when I’m next back, as I do intend to stay here again and will most likely stock the fridge! The location is excellent, South Kensington tube is a short walk away and so convenient for the places I wanted to visit, only a few stops away on the Piccadilly or Central line to most of the attractions. I don’t think I need to be more central on future visits. This is such a great location. Also, the use of natural flowers in a vase was such a beautiful alternative to the often used artificial alternatives. There is excellent attention to detail here, and I was extremely comfortable during my stay.
Negative: I can’t say there was anything I didn’t like about this property. It’s situated in a large building which needs lift access and there was only one lift in use while I was there, which sometimes caused delays, but that is a building management issue, not the owner of this individual property.
Summary: Restful,comfortable, superbly located and well appointed.
