Summary: This is a renovated and well appointed house. It is a short drive to town and to Holiday Valley. The rooms are as described. The house is nicely decorated and very comfortable and clean. We had 11 people (8 adults and 3 teenagers) and it accommodated us well. The bunk room worked well for the teens. The living room is a little tight if everyone wants to be in there at the same time. Plenty of parking; beautiful views out the picture windows. We did have some problems with a lack of hot water in one of the showers and then that shower was also leaking, so we couldn't use it. We also had some leaks/drips in the house around a sliding door. The property manager did come out and address the issues so the inconvenience wasn't great.
