Two story residence perched on the top of a hill in West Beach. The home has been built to entertain. The upper level comprises a large open plan area with kitchen, dining, lounge and TV viewing areas and a master bedroom with en-suite. The upper floor has 360-degree views in all direction and it is virtually impossible to be upstairs and not have a view.
The property is situated a three-minute walk from West Beach which must be one of the most beautiful beaches in Australia, and only a short drive or ride from the Esperance CBD.
The house has four bedrooms, two of which feature queen beds, one with a queen and a cot and the fourth with a single and the other a double.
The home will accommodate more than one family with ease. Pets are welcome subject to prior approval by the owners.
Guests are well catered for with electronic media. The house has high speed Wi-Fi with unlimited data and good reception through out the home. There is a new smart TV in the upstairs lounge and a new 55” smart TV in the ground floor lounge. Free Netflix is available on both televisions with dual programming. An Xbox, soccer table and table tennis is available for the children and linen is provided.
Guests will be provided a key code to the security key lock box located at the property.
The house is equipped with a guest handbook with explanatory notes on all elements of the property plus some handy information on the local attractions.
