Summary: The Good: conveniently located a short walk from food markets, restaurants, the EU parliament, train station and hop-on-hop-off bus stop. Clean unit. Good kitchen appointments. The owner is responsive and helpful. the slightly annoying: bring your own hand soap, body wash and shampoo/conditioner as none is supplied (although the owner brought some over) Also no top sheets for the beds (the owner also brought over some when requested), just a fitted sheet and comforter. Shower leaks, water accumulated on bathroom floor. The bad: The front doorway is very short and anyone over 5' 6" will hit their head if not paying attention. Overall: I was pretty happy with the place. I liked that it is an old quirky European urban apartment (made me feel a little like I was in a 1920s French apartment) but my wife and daughter felt it needed updating and just had a bad reaction to the experience. My impression was that this unit hasn't been on VRBO long and the owner is eager to make it a good experience so future renters may have a completely positive experience.
