Aloha! Time to grab your sandals and bathing suit! Enjoy your time off at this gorgeous Hawaiian plantation-style villa. This beautifully furnished second-floor unit has a large lanai overlooking the King's Lake, the world class Waikoloa Beach Golf Course, and Mt. Hualalai. Facing west allows views of the magnificent Hawaiian sunsets in the evening.
The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. All small appliances, pots and pans, dishware, and cookware are included. There are some basic spices and condiments as well. We have a comfortable 4-person dining table inside and another on the lanai and 3 stools at the bar counter which makes for plenty of areas to enjoy delicious take-out or a hardy home-cooked meal. No need to over pack outfits since we have a stacked washing machine and clothes dryer. Soap and dryer sheets provided.
All bed linens are hotel quality. The master bedroom suite has a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and a spacious master bath including a separate shower, large tub, and double sink. The second bathroom is also full-sized with a combination shower/tub and toilet. All furnishings are high-end Tommy Bahama style with contemporary local artwork and craft pieces adorning the unit.
We have TVs in each room. We provide a private, fast, reliable, secure WiFi network. We try to take the hassle out of packing for a vacation by providing soaps, paper products, and fun beach necessities and accessories.
The King's and Queen's Shops are a 5-10 minute walk away. The King's Shops host higher-end shopping, restaurants, and beautiful galleries of local Hawaiian art. The Queens' shops provide a more casual atmosphere and affordable dining and shopping options. Island Gourmet is a great place to get groceries, gifts, dining, and any liquor you can think of all in one place. Cocktail mixers and other alcoholic drinks are available there as well. There is a private, on-grounds infinity pool and hot tub surrounded by the perfume of gardenias. There are also charcoal grills and a small gym on-grounds.
The Marriott and Hilton Hotel provide luxury dining, luaus, and spa facilities. The Hilton in particular has a small water park and dolphins! The fabulous grounds and art displays are a must-see. The beach at Anaeho'omalu Bay (A-Bay) is great for snorkeling, sunbathing, and water sport activities. There are many other beautiful beaches to visit in the area as well. Try the Manta Ray Night Dive in Kona! It's an incredible experience.
