Located in a backstreet, this home is in prime positioning to Golden Beach (1.4kms), Pelican Waters (2kms) and serves as a fabulous, family-oriented base to bask in the beauty of the Sunshine Coast.
Whether it be jumping on the trampoline or into the magnesium pool, this home was designed with families in mind. Bring the entire family (dog included) and invest in some quality time together where the beach is near, life is good and making memories is at the top of the agenda. Host a movie night in the backyard using the outdoor projector or go for a dip in the heated pool. Fully fenced and secure, this backyard is perfect for pets and children alike.
Sleeping eight people in total, the family home contains four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Master bedroom: Characterised with character and flair, the master bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, a built-in wardrobe, air-conditioning and an ensuite.
Master ensuite: A vanity complete with a shower and toilet.
Bedroom two: Complete with another queen bed, the second bedroom is also air-conditioned and features another built-in wardrobe and a desk to complete any study or work while on holiday.
Bedroom three: Equipped with a double bed, this bedroom is bright and welcoming and features a ceiling fan and built in wardrobe. A selection of books are provided to ensure you are entertained for the duration of your stay.
Bedroom four: The final bedroom features a comfortable single bed and a pull out trundle bed. This room also features a ceiling fan, and built-in wardrobe.
Bathroom two: The second bathroom is complete with a shower, vanity, bathtub and toilet.
The open-plan kitchen, living and dining room is spacious and comfortable. This space is air-conditioned and furnished with love as. Equipped with all the essentials and more, the kitchen features an array of different utensils and appliances. Present the meals you prepare for and share with family and friends on the six-seater dining table. Then, when you’re full and content, head over to the living area and relax into one of the comfortable couches. If you prefer to make the most of the outdoors, grab your popcorn and set up the incredible outdoor projector.
The outdoors of this home is definitely a highlight. Not only is this property situated in a scenic suburb, but the home itself invites you to make the most of the infamous Sunshine Coast weather by utilising the outdoor activities including a trampoline, a heated pool and the outdoor projector.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of the garage. There is space to park 2-3 cars on the driveway and there is an abundance of free street parking.

The home is 1.4km away from the calm shores of Golden Beach and the Pumicestone Passage. The home is located within very short driving distance (3-minutes) of the Golden Beach cafes, restaurants and grocery stores. Golden Beach is perfectly positioned with access to boat ramps, local parks, shopping centres, plus kilometres of cycling and walking tracks.

*Please note during winter it is unlikely the pool will heat up above 24C due to the chilly nights and cold ground temperature.

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
