This beautiful family escape is a 2-level house is surrounded by pine trees in a quiet area in the south part of Sunriver off of Circle 1. Conveniently located within walking distance are the Sunriver Lodge, Sunriver Village Mall, River Bike Path and Meadows Golf Course.
For your safety, our home is professionally cleaned between guests using Covid-19 certified cleaning protocols. In addition, the primary disinfectant used is Covid-19 certified and all linens are washed using industrial machines using commercial grade chemicals in water temperatures of 160 degrees.

-Featuring Vaulted Ceilings, a Gas Fireplace, 65" SmartTV, with comfortable furniture the living room provides everything required for guests to relax or entertain.

-The fully equipped kitchen offers Stainless Steel Appliances, a Gas Range, Large Refrigerator, and plenty of storage in the guest pantry. We have everything you need to entertain at home.
■Dining Area
-A large table accommodates 8 place settings, complemented by 3 stools at the bar overlooking the kitchen. High chair and booster seat available as well as 4 folding chairs (located in hall closet).

-Expanded in 2023 our spacious deck is easily accessible from the living area and features an oversized private hot hub, gas grill (propane included), chaise lounges and hanging egg chairs, outdoor sectional, and a large dining table with an umbrella. An additional movable umbrella is also available.

-There is a 2 car garage as well as a paved driveway and paved parking area that can easily accommodate 6+ vehicles.
