Dès l’entrée, on sent que l’espace a été pensé pour vivre ensemble. La pièce de vie est baignée de lumière grâce aux grandes ouvertures sur le jardin. On s’y retrouve pour lire, discuter, écouter de la musique grâce à la chaîne hi-fi, ou regarder un film. Une télévision a d’ailleurs été ajoutée pour les soirées plus calmes ou pluvieuses.
La cuisine ouverte, moderne et bien équipée (four, plaques vitrocéramiques, lave-vaisselle, bouilloire, réfrigérateur…), invite à préparer de bons repas. Une grande table attend vos petits-déjeuners au soleil et vos dîners partagés. Depuis la cuisine, on passe facilement à l’extérieur, sur une terrasse en cours de rénovation (mais tout à fait utilisable), équipée d’un salon de jardin et d’un parasol.
Le jardin arboré, lui, est un petit havre de paix. Les enfants peuvent y jouer librement pendant que les plus grands profitent d’un moment de détente à l’ombre ou au soleil. Une buanderie avec lave-linge est aussi disponible au rez-de-chaussée, pratique pour les séjours un peu plus longs.
Côté nuit, la maison s’adapte à tous les rythmes.
Au rez-de-chaussée : une première chambre donnant sur le jardin, une salle d’eau avec douche, meuble vasque, et des toilettes séparées.
Puis, on grimpe à l’étage (sans chaussures, s’il vous plaît – le sol est en jonc de mer !), pour découvrir un petit bureau parfait pour télétravailler, et deux grandes chambres. L’une offre un lit Queen Size, l’autre un lit double ([hidden]x[hidden] ainsi qu’un lit simple. Une salle de bain avec baignoire et WC complète cet étage cosy.
Cette maison a l’âme des vacances réussies. Elle offre tout ce qu’il faut pour se retrouver, respirer, ralentir, profiter.
À noter : les marches extérieures et la terrasse sont provisoires, ce qui rend l’accès difficile pour les personnes en fauteuil.
