We have negotiated with BabyQuip to offer our guests a 10% discount to rent everything you'd need for your little one’s stay. They will deliver Pack N Plays, cribs, high chairs, car seats, toys, and more, and they will even set everything up prior to your stay. ☀The home has an exterior security camera above the front door. It is not located inside the home and only monitors the exterior of the property. It will be on during your stay.

☀We have an additional rental agreement that is required to be signed after booking your reservation. We also collect a copy of your government ID/license that is required by our insurance company to have on file. We reserve the right to cancel reservations if these requirements are not met within 24 hours of booking.

☀ We conduct additional guest screening outside of the booking platform. Booking your stay gives us as the manager and our 3rd party, SafelyStay, Inc to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding guest screening can be found on their website. You will receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox within 3 days of booking your stay if you have not received the email and contact us if you have any questions.

☀ Guests can expect to hear nearby highway noise when in the backyard.

☀ Unexpected circumstances happen - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing travelers insurance to protect your stay.
1. No parties, large gatherings, or unauthorized guests are allowed. There is a $1000 fine for any violations.

2. Smoking, drugs, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. There is a $1000 fine for any violations.

3. Quiet hours are from 10PM-10AM. Guests must be respectful of their neighbors and keep noise levels down at night.

4. The maximum number of people allowed in the home at any given time is 10.

5. There is a $100 late checkout fee for every 30 mins late past checkout time.

6. Guests will be charged a $200 replacement fee for taking any remotes or keys from the property. Leftover items from guests can be shipped for a $50 processing fee plus shipping.

7. Guests must be 25 years and older to book.

8. Trash and refuse must not be left stored in public view.

9. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation is allowed. There is a pet fee of $250 for the 1st dog and $150 for the second dog.

10. There is a security camera located on the exterior of the front door. It does not face inside the home and will be on during your stay. Do not tamper with cameras.

11. GUEST AGREE TO PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE TO PROTECT THEIR RESERVATION. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL E MADE TO THE CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY FOR UNFORESEEN EVENTS OR UNFORTUNATE CIRCUMSTANCES.

12) NO SHIPPING OF ITEMS TO THE PROPERTY. YOU MAY SHIP TO LOCAL SHIPPING CENTERS FOR PICKUP ONLY. SHIPPED PACKAGES WILL BE RETURNED WITH $100 FEE

13) FYI on important maintenance schedules. Lawn care: Bi-Weekly ; Trash & Recycle Day: Thursday ( A third party company will come take out the trash night before on Wednesday and bring back in night after on Thursday) ; Lawn Care: Sunday ; Pool Care: Tuesday

Any violations of the house rules or any terms of this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host, with no refund and minimum $500 fee.

The Guest and any of their guests hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Host against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from the use of the Premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Guests agree to exercise caution when using the property and waive any and all liability claims against the host.
