Positive: Large clean rooms, location close to Kevelaer town, cooking facilities, helpful owner gave us a horse shoe. countryside
Negative: Smell from the horse stable, when we leave our door to the outside open, we can smell the cigarette smoke from one of the neighbouring room in ground floor.
