Summary: The house seemed like an ideal place for a stay in Maine, though we were not able to enjoy all of the provided amenities due to a small communication mishap regarding the heat in the house. While we were forced to find other accommodations, the hosts were professional and responsive, and they processed a refund in a timely manner. We understand that things happen and appreciated that the hosts were willing to work with us to make things right. We were impressed by the hosts' commitment to guest satisfaction and hope to see improvements in communication moving forward.
