5 Bedroom House with Kitchen, Oceanfront and Parking

Located right across the street from the Gulf of Mexico, situated on a Lake, is our warm, farm style beach house in a safe, family friendly neighborhood. Our lodging is very comfortable and gives you allOf the amenities of a big, warm home while minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Tampa Bay, Clearwater Beach and St Pete!
A master downstairs with king and en-suite and tv and dresser. There is also a guest bedroom downstairs. There are multiple big, comfy, leather couches in the living room with a big screen TV, velvet blue sectional and recliner. The lanai is awaiting our new hot tub, and has plenty of seating to look at the water or enjoy the yard and trampoline. The large dining room and kitchen open up to the outside so you can easily serve to the lanai or just overlook the water from any room downstairs. The kitchen and pantry is always open and we even have extra clothes for sale while you’re on site.
Next to the downstairs guest room is the guest bathroom. Enjoy agreeable gray renovated shower and toiletries. The guest room is equipped with water view, fluffy full futon and workspace with printer.
Upstairs is the kids space. There is a room with toys, beds, bathroom and tv. It also has a plush queen bed, and desk space perfect for a gamer, adult or child to enjoy. Room had a dresser and end tables. The second room is equipped with a child’s bed and endless amount of toys.
There is a stroller available, as well as a pack and play with bedding and car seat for rent as well. All occupants are responsible for themselves, the unit, surroundings and their guests while on property. If you have a problem, you will be expected to seek a solution before a refund. Summary: When we got there, the code didn't work, but the owner fixed it promptly. We found an open protein shake on the desk in the upstairs room; this makes us question the cleaning process. The bed in the common room is a significant round love sack type of bed and is ok for young kids/people. The sliver ware was stained and not appealing to eat off of. The dishes in the dishwasher were dirty when we got there. The shower head in the master BR is broken so you cannot mount it while showering. The hot tub was full off dirty foam and soap scum. This was brought to the attention of the manager and someone was sent to clean it but that really didn’t fix the problem. The hot tub needed to be drained and cleaned. We were not able to use it. The property has potential to be a nice place for a family to rent after these things are fixed. I would say for adults that want to sleep on comfortable beds there is a king, a queen, and a twin bed. The futon could accommodate one adult. If my trip was for pleasure I would not have been satisfied with the stay.
