By parking your vehicle in our designated parking area, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. **Use at Owner's Risk:** All vehicles are left in the car park at the owner's risk. Vyvid Homes accepts no responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or their contents, regardless of the cause.
2. **Liability Waiver:** Vyvid Homes, its employees, agents, or representatives shall not be liable for any loss or damage, including but not limited to theft, vandalism, fire, accident, or any other cause, to vehicles or their contents while parked on the premises.
3. **Parking Pass:** Guests will receive a parking pass for the duration of their stay. This pass is provided for the convenience of our guests and is the responsibility of the guest to keep secure. Vyvid Homes will not be held responsible for any unauthorized use of the parking pass.
4. **Lost Parking Pass:** In the event that a guest loses their parking pass, they must report it immediately to Vyvid Homes. The guest will be responsible for any fees associated with the replacement of a lost parking pass.
5. **Parking Regulations:** All guests must adhere to posted parking regulations and guidelines, including but not limited to assigned parking spaces, time limits, and any other posted instructions.

Other Things to Note:
*Please read the house rules below carefully. We want all of my guests to enjoy their time in San Antonio, while also respecting the property, residence and the schedule of other incoming guests.
1. BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Please ensure that the primary guest is at least 21 years old and that everyone staying at the property is at least 18 years old. As part of the pre-check-in process, we require the primary guest's ID and payment information to be submitted and verified.
2. DEPOSIT: A refundable deposit of $200 is required for all bookings. This deposit will be held during your stay and released 3 days after your departure. Please note that any damages, additional cleaning, or overstay charges may be deducted from this deposit. Check-in instructions will be provided once your deposit is paid.
3. MAX CAPACITY: The maximum capacity for this property is 6 people at any time, and only 4 people are allowed to stay overnight (2 per bed).
4. NO PARTIES: To ensure that all guests can enjoy a peaceful stay, we do not allow any parties, gatherings, or events on the property. If any evidence of a party is found, immediate eviction will occur without a refund, and a $500 fine will be imposed.
5. NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, marijuana, cigars, and hookahs, is strictly prohibited on the property. Lighting candles is also not allowed. If any evidence of smoking is found, immediate eviction will occur without a refund, and a $250 fine will be imposed.
6. NO PETS: We do not allow any pets on the property due to the terms of our lease. If any evidence of a pet is found during your stay, immediate eviction will occur without a refund, and a $250 fine will be imposed.
7. FIRE/SMOKE ALARM: Please be mindful of cooking in the property and never leave the stove/oven/microwave unattended to avoid setting off the fire/smoke alarm, which may result in a penalty if emergency services are dispatched. Frying foods is not allowed.
8. CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel your booking, please do so at least 7 days before your stay for a full refund. If you cancel less than 7 days before your stay, a 50% refund will be provided. Same-day cancellations are not allowed and will not be refunded. We may consider extenuating circumstances for future credit.
9. THEFT/DAMAGE: To ensure that the property is in good condition for all guests, we inspect and inventory the property after each booking. Any missing items will be billed at the original purchase price, plus a $50 service & admin fee. Damages will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to repair or replacement costs, plus a $50 service & admin fee. Please note that permanently stained linens will also be billed.
10. OVERSTAY: We allow a 15-minute courtesy window at the end of your booking. If you occupy the property for 30 minutes or more after the booking end time, you will automatically incur a $100 charge. If anyone is still in the property 1 hour after the booking end time, a $250 penalty will be charged. Please be mindful of this and only stay as long as you previously scheduled.
11. EVICTION: The San Antonio Police Department, Resurgens Security Services, The Landlord, and/or any Vyvid Homes employee has full authority to evict you from our property if any violations warrant this action. If you are involuntarily evicted, a $250 fine will be imposed.
12. CONTENT: If you plan to conduct a photo or video shoot for commercial use, you must obtain approval of the content before arrival and pay a fee of $250 or $400, respectively. No adult content
13. KEYS: Any key not returned and/or lost will result in a $50 replacement fee.
14. BUILDING AMENITIES: We, as residential tenants, cannot guarantee the use of building amenities during your stay. If the pool, gym, game room, massage chairs, etc are out of order or closed for maintenance, that is out of our control. However, the guarantee we can provide you is what we offer inside your rental, such as wifi, TVs, appliances, etc.
Interaction with Guests:
Interaction with guests are not needed and will only take place if necessary.
