Positive: Good location for the Fringe, everything you need for a short stay.

Negative: The host was incredibly rude for no reason. Called us up and rudely accused us of taking the key from the lock box, when we hadn’t even checked in yet! Then just hung up when I explained we hadn’t arrived yet
