Our one bedroom apartment is fully furnished with everything you & your guest need to enjoy your stay in Cincinnati! In the kitchen, you'll find beautiful appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and basic cookware to cook simple meals for a cozy night in! There's also a washer and dryer in the apartment and free WiFi!
Our studio and 1 bedroom stays come standard with 3 towels and washcloths and our 2 bedroom stays come with 4 each.
There is one space in the building’s parking lot included with this stay. We cannot provide any parking for additional vehicles and are not responsible for any damages that may occur as a result of using this amenity.
Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. Heating and Air Conditioning are controlled by the building in this apartment and kept at a comfortable temperature year-round. We do not provide any tv cable or streaming services. However, we do offer Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to log into the apps with your own login and enjoy!
Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 4pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby-proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

Test your luck at the Jack Cincinnati Casino and stop next door for the city’s best burgers at Bobby’s Burger Palace. If you want to spend a day out and about in Cincinnati, you should try a pedal wagon, and view some of the best sights the city has to offer. Traveling with your family? You won’t want to skip the Taft Museum of Art, Fountain Square, or the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center. No matter how long you're staying, you’re sure to have a good time in the Queen City.
Getting Around:
Getting around Cincinnati is a breeze with the many means of transportation. The Cincinnati Bell Connector is the modern streetcar system that connects The Banks to the neighboring Over-The-Rhine. The Metro bus system is Southwest Ohio’s fixed bus service providing rides throughout Cincinnati. Looking to explore the city on foot? Cincy Red Bike, the popular bike-share program, offers over 50 stations throughout the city. Due to the popularity of the area, Uber and Lyft are also easily accessible.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or large gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor that simply measures the decibel level inside the stay; it does not record anything.
