The Space:
Our modern 1-bedroom apartment is furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay! The kitchen is stocked with cookware to cook simple meals, stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee in the morning.
Our studio and 1 bedroom stays come standard with 3 towels and washcloths and our 2 bedroom stays come with 4 each.
Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy!
Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 4pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.
The Neighborhood:
If you’re looking for entertainment, your suite couldn’t be in a better location. Nearby attractions include the St. Anthony Main Theatre, the Frederick R. Weisman Art Museum, and the TCF Bank Stadium. There are also endless options for restaurants and bars. Your suite is also located just blocks from the Mississippi River. There are popular parks nearby, including Father Hennepin Bluff Park and Boom Island Park.
Getting Around:
You’ll never be far from where you need to be. The compact city’s transit system with light rail and buses run regularly and can take you through the city. If being outdoors is more your style, the nonprofit Nice Ride, offers rentals as well. Due to the popular destination, Uber and Lyft are easily accessible.

Checkout is at 10 am. We offer a complimentary extension to 11 am as long as you request it 24 hours before your scheduled departure. Looking for more time? The latest we can accommodate is 1 pm at $25/per every hour needed.
