Additional 2 bistro tables with 2 seats each in the sunroom and upstairs landing. Full size washer and dryer in the unit for convenience. Entry has deck with table and seating for 2 and beautiful mountain views. Back patio has bistro table and seating for 2. Located in the Willowbrook area with lots of full-time neighbors. Please Note: Only 2 pets allowed. A $300 Pet Deposit is taken on Arrival and is refunded if no damage is found after check-out inspection.
