Positive: Panayiota was the perfect host. Our initial ferry was cancelled and she helped us book a backup ferry. The arrival next one arrived a day later with delays and she arranged for local transport to meet us at the port and take is to the beautiful village of Lagada. She even offered to refund the first night we missed. The apartment is beautiful - completely designed by her. The view from the balcony was amazing and the entire property was quiet and well maintained. There is a second apartment that shares the balcony so ideal for a larger group or two families. She’s always available to answer questions on WhatsApp and lives nearby so can handle anything that comes up.
Negative: We didn’t stay longer. We are coming back next year !
Summary: Lagada is a magical village with amazing food and authentic people in the beautiful island of Amorgos.
