Relax in this beautiful garden cottage located in a quiet, beautiful setting among abundant fruit trees and plants.
Welcome to the Gulfport Arts District located within walking distance to downtown Gulfport. The beach, shops, restaurants and nightlife minutes from your door. Nestled among fruit trees and plants, it's the perfect getaway for those looking to kick back and enjoy the Gulfport vibe.
Built in 1935, the house was renovated into a duplex; two private units in 2017-18. Unit E where you will be staying is a one bedroom cottage featuring five rooms with an old Florida feel and modern day conveniences. The house features a fully equipped kitchen, modern appliances, living room with 55 inch television/roku remote, comfortable queen bed, full sized bath with tub and shower, sitting room/office and indoor laundry room. Your comfort is assured with central air conditioning and heat at your control.
Unit W - on the other side of the house is a studio apartment with its own separate entrance, patio, parking and laundry facility.
