Positive: No breakfast included. The house was very clean. We like the water/river views. Plenty of space for kids and pets. Full kitchen with plenty of kitchenware.
Negative: the two couches on the lower level were not sofabeds as advertised. Both couches could not be converted to queen beds. We could not turn up the thermostat in the evening when the temperature began to drop at night. We were unsure if using the fireplace was allowed.
Summary: It was a pleasant stay. Great location for viewing foliage, sunsets and visiting cranberry bogs.
