The health and safety of our guests is a priority. In the light of the Covid-19 outbreak, we would like to share with you the enhanced cleaning and precautionary measures that we have instituted at our villa.
Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blanket after checkout is already our standard.
The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchens.
If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.
Villa Germania is located in the famous area of El Portet by Moraira resort. Set in private grounds in a quiet residential area approx. 1500 m from the beach and 2,5 km to Moraira centre. Spacious terraces with a large private swimming pool, a nice covered terrace by the pool level with outside furniture, and a BBQ offer lots of space for relaxing.
Inside, the villa is comfortable, traditional furniture with fantastic views of El Portet area. All the accommodation is in one story, top level. From the parking place steps lead down to a terrace with patio furniture. Entrance into the lounge/dining room with fireplace, SAT+TV, DVD, with patio doors open to a large covered balcony/terrace with panoramic views. Further steps lead down to the pool area.
Fully equipped kitchen, with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. Double room with en-suite bathroom, another double room with shower room.
The lower level is closed and empty during the letting period, for the personal belongings of the owner.
