Positive: This is a very cute hotel a few blocks across the river and outside the popular city center area. It was within easy walking distance to most everywhere in the touristy old part of town. The property seems to have a variety of rooms, ours was set up as an apartment with a small kitchen ( non useable stove) and small couch in the kitchen/sitting areas. It was quite comfortable overall. This room had a refrigerator and electric water kettle plus a coffee maker. The staff were wonderful, very friendly and accommodating. The bed was quite comfortable and the little cafe used for the free breakfast was just down the street served a great breakfast from 7:30 to 10AM every morning.
Negative: There were no built in USB type outlets, so be sure to bring your own and adapters if needed. The only major issue was at around 7:45 AM, probably 50 kids would gather on their way to the adjacent school and were very loud, waking us up if we were still asleep. Also, the shower was quite small and even my petite wife who is just 5 feet tall , commented that it was not very comfortable and tight feeling. But this is a very old building and modified into guest rooms, so some inconveniences are to be expected.
