POOL HEATING COST & INFORMATION: There is an extra $50/night charge if you want the pool heated. The heater has to be turned on manually so the pool if the pool heater is wanted it will have to be for the entire stay. The pool is a swimmable temperature but is not a temperature similar to a hot tub.
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras at the front door and entire backyard. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras only record video when motion is detected by the devices. These clips are only reviewed when an issue comes up.
-NOTE: There are noise monitors in the common spaces but they do not record and only sample noise levels periodically.
- NOTE: There will on occasion be gardeners and pool service members that come to the property in the early morning to service the property.
