Two guestrooms (queen size beds) and guest bathroom, laundry room, screened in back porch with gas grill.
Centrally located, it's an easy drive to Orlando, Tavares, Leesburg, Mount Dora, etc. The home is located on Deer Island (next to Tavares and Mount Dora) and is a gated golf community with a nice mix of young families and retirees in a safe and quiet community.
If you're working in the area for the short term or want to be close to family/friends during the holidays , this is a perfect home as it has all of the amenities and comforts of home while you're away from your own home.
