Brand new to vrbo! Our modern inner city infill is located close to downtown, Marda Loop, 17th ave & 5 blocks from the C-train. Enjoy a gourmet kitchen, large dining room, 2 living rooms - 1 with a gas fireplace and other with a ping pong table, and outdoor yard/patio. Primary bedroom has vaulted ceilings, walk-in closet and ensuite with shower & large soaker tub. Two more bedrooms upstairs with queen beds and a shared bathroom. Fourth bedroom is in the basement with a queen bed and bathroom.

The space
Our house is a mix of modern with warm rustic pieces. It has lots of windows for bright natural light. We have a patio at the front of the house for the gorgeous sunsets and our backyard patio/yard is a private little oasis in the spring/summer.

The primary bedroom has a king bed with an ensuite (with a shower & soaker tub) and large walk-in closet. The other 3 large natural light filled bedrooms have queen size mattresses. The two bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom and each have a small walk-in closet. The fourth bedroom is in the basement with a walk-in closet and bathroom, with a sliding door barn door closing it off from the basement living room with a ping pong table.

The washer & dryer are located on the top floor with the 3 bedrooms. The double garage is not available for use, there is free street parking.

The entire house and outdoor spaces are free reign for guests. We have a code to access the house for self entry. The garage, accessed through the backyard or alley, is the only private area.

There is a smart TV and wireless internet available. Generally we do not allow pets however depending on the size & type we may approve it, additional fee will apply.
