Converted to a very cozy 1 bedroom 1 bath +1 pull-out in living room (sleeps 4 persons comfortably), kitchen, picture window, gas log fireplace, and large porch. Right near the water and at the edge of town. Walking distance from everything. Internet is included as well as access to an exclusive boat slip (upon request), grills, a horseshoe pit, sand volleyball court, picnic tables, and outdoor fire pit.
