The house is located on Andover Ridge, 5 minutes up the hill from the quintessential Vermont town of Weston known for the original Vermont Country Store and the Weston Playhouse.
This cozy, newer log home is perfect for 2 to 3 families to share. At 3000 square feet the home has 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The main floor features a large master with deck/views, king bed, and an ensuite master bath with wonderful claw foot tub and separate shower. Also on the main floor are 2 guest bedrooms (each with a queen bed), a full bath, office/den, laundry room, and a large living room with cathedral ceilings and a gorgeous stone fireplace and is adjacent to an open plan dining room/kitchen. Easy access from the main room to 7-person hot tub with amazing views.
Downstairs is a perfect kid’s zone with a large large TV rec room, 2 additional bedrooms (one w/full bed, one w/two twin beds), a full bath and a large mudroom off the 2-car garage.
There is also a loft overlooking the main floor living room for additional play or sleeping space.
The house includes cable, internet, washer/dryer, firewood, and all towels and linens. There are flat screen TVs in the main living room armoire and the lower level game area.
The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and toaster oven, gas stove/oven.
For Summer and Fall days, there is a deck off of the master and main floor living room that includes a hammock, outdoor dining table and Weber gas grill.
The house features radiant heat on the main and lower level as well as a Sauna to warm up in after a day of winter activities!
