This mid-century gem is nestled up to the mountains and in the heart of the beautiful and historic Vista Las Palmas. The 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom Alexander built home has currently been renovated. All bedrooms have their own flat screen TV and beautifully renovated bathrooms. The eat-in gourmet kitchen features Ceasar Stone countertops with a glass tile backsplash and opens up to the main living space and dining area with views of the fountain and sparkling pool. In addition to the bedrooms, there is a bonus room with a full bar, seating area and TV.
The very private backyard, with stunning mountain views of Dry Falls, includes a dining area, a large grassy area, BBQ, pool and spa. The gorgeous landscaping also provides you with your own grapefruit and lemon trees.

Summary: This house is magical! There was morning sun at the pool, plenty of seating for five adults to watch a movie or enjoy the epic fireplace, and the best stocked kitchen we’ve ever had at a vacation rental. The historic neighborhood is a joy to walk in, and so convenient for shopping and dining. We were pleasantly surprised to find that some of the decor had been updated from what’s in the VRBO photos. My sister claimed that it was “the vacation of a lifetime!”
