Positive: Location is very close to public transport (Metro Columbia Heights). The building is nice. The apartment is well-equipped. When a problem arose, the property manager addressed the issue and provided a refund, very fair behavior. The instructions on how to get to the property were clear and useful, as well as instructions in the property about the air conditioning and use of the microwave oven. The shopping area (Lidl, Target) is very close.
Negative: The floor creaks, so if you are a couple and one of you has very light sleep and the other needs to go to the restroom during the night... But that was not our case, so this was not a problem.
Summary: We enjoyed the stay.
