Sunset Palms, the name says it all! This gorgeous custom waterfront home is a dream getaway in the pristine Isle of Palms community. Located just a short walk from the beach and overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway, you can enjoy the best of all that is unique to the Charleston barrier islands. Each bedroom offers a waterfront view with tons of natural light and ensuite bathrooms.
Start your morning off with a cup of coffee while rocking away on the back deck and then feel invigorated after a yoga session on the beautifully manicured lawn. Cool off in the refreshing saltwater pool or go fishing off of the private deepwater dock! In the evening enjoy dinner on the back deck and sip some wine by the stone-wrapped fire pit or on the dock swing while watching an unforgettable Lowcountry sunset. Soak up the views of the waterway, marshes, silhouettes of bridges, and the various local wildlife.
The kitchen is fit for a chef and features a gas stove, double ovens, warming drawer, full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, icemaker, wine cooler, three sinks, tons of prep space and a large pantry.
