Ideal for a two couples and up to four children with many gathering areas - living room, great room, Florida room. The great room encompasses a spacious and comfortable TV viewing area, a breakfast counter and and a well equipped kitchen.
A nicely updated country kitchen has beautiful countertops, and is fully equipped with all necessary cooking utensils and appliances, and refrigerator and dishwasher. A half bath is located off the great room. A washer and dryer are located off the kitchen by the entrance way from the three-car parking area.
Master bedroom has a queen bed, en-suite full bath and sitting area. Second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two extra-long twin beds.
The fourth bedroom has bunk beds. A full bathroom is off the hallway. All bedding and towels are provided.
Delightful Florida room. The in-ground pool is located off the Florida room. This is a large pool with the depth ranging from 3 feet to 8 feet. It is well fenced for privacy and has plenty of outdoor seating and a picnic table. It is for use ONLY by registered guests and children in the pool area must be supervised at all times.
