You’ll be perched right at the top of the Meadows ski run and chair lift 1, plus you’ll be steps away from all the shopping, dining, and nightlife too. This third-floor hideaway will lift you up high enough to see some truly epic mountain views, and be able to people watch the bustling village below. A dedicated parking space in the heated GARAGE means you can park your car and forget about it— everything you need is right at your fingertips here.
When you enter the GREAT ROOM, you’ll notice the gorgeous mountain views through the large window and glass doors. Open the doors wide to reveal the sun-drenched TERRACE with a barbecue grill and dining table. This is the perfect spot to host dinner under the stars or simply sip a quiet glass of wine while watching the sunset. Inside, the LIVING AREA is spacious and comfy, with a leather sofa, armchairs, slate fireplace, and HDTV.
A formal DINING ROOM is open to the kitchen and living area and has seating for six. In the KITCHEN, there’s a tiered peninsula bar with stool seating for three more. Wood cabinets are topped with pristine, shiny countertops. A full suite of luxury appliances includes a paneled refrigerator, gas range, vent hood, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster.
In the PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE, there’s a private balcony with village and mountain views. The king-size bed sits underneath a vaulted ceiling, and the ensuite BATHROOM features a relaxing steam shower. In the second GUEST BEDROOM, there is a split king bed, which can be converted into two twin beds, and a balcony. Another full BATHROOM is accessed from the hallway and features a tub/shower combo and marble vanity sink. Both bedrooms have HDTVs with Apple TV.
The beauty of this sumptuous, elegant condominium lies in its truly stunning central location.
