BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* The main floor master has a king size bed, gas fireplace, TV, and direct access to the back patio. The en-suite bath has a large soaking tub and huge walk-in tile shower with multiple heads.
* The guest bedroom on the main floor features a king bed, and there is a full bath with a shower just across the hallway.
* The 2nd floor master has a queen bed and a private en-suite bath with a tile shower.
* There are two additional guest bedrooms on the 2nd floor with queen beds. One of the bedrooms also has a twin trundle bed. These two bedrooms and the bunk room are supported by a guest bath with dual sinks and a tub/shower combo.
* The bonus bunk-room has a TV area, queen over queen bunk, two sets of twin over twin bunks, and a queen sleeper sofa. The room sleeps 10 comfortably.
** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this home. Suncadia does not allow street parking, so please park all your cars on the paved driveway.
**Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
