Summary: The room itself was fine. It was the incidentals that were a problem. The coffee maker was terrible, making lukewarm terrible coffee. The hairdryer was old but worse was the electric didn’t work. Call to get assistance because we were trying to get out the door, but it took a while. Housekeeping was only requested one day and they did the bare minimum of bed and towels and may be cleaned a sink. The rug be the vacuuming. The other thing was that the air conditioner had a musty smell. All of these are just little things, but it is not a cheap hotel and I think they should be fixed. We also used the spa it was OK, but I think the problem is really what we picked to have done. Stick with the Massage . we also went to the bar to have drinks and snacks at the outdoor bar. That was a wonderful experience and would highly recommend the amenities and surroundings are beautiful. If it wasn’t for the few things that could be easily fixed the rating would be much higher.
