Aytré Plage station are 7 min drive away and the Yelo bus stop Les Iles (1 Or 2) is just within walking distance, so you'll have no trouble getting to and from our home quickly and easily.
This house is designed with open living, dining, and kitchen areas. Featuring a double sofa bed and television, perfect for relaxing in the evening, while the adjoining kitchen and dining table are perfect for cooking and eating together.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware including a stove, microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator to easily prepare a delicious home-cooked meal. Kitchen utensils and dishes are also provided.
The studio has 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. All beds are complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and clean towels. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
