The first floor welcomes you to a calming open-concept living area that feels even more spacious with the high ceilings and wall-to-wall windows. The 7-seater couch in the living room allows your entire family to spread out for a movie night, all while you prepare delicious meals from the modern, fully stocked kitchen. The dining area has a 6-seater round table plus additional bar seating for 4, ideal for dining and entertaining. The bottom floor also houses the guest bedroom, furnished with a queen size bed and access to the first-floor bathroom.
The second floor is home to 3 of the bedrooms. The front guest room has a queen-size bed and a sitting balcony perfect for a morning cup of coffee while you listen to the nature surrounding the house. The guest room en suite bath has a single vanity, a walk-in shower, and a regular tub. Past the guest bathroom is the bunk room with twin bunk beds, perfect for the kids. The final room is the spacious master bedroom furnished with a king bed and a large private balcony with enough room for morning coffee or afternoon mimosas with friends and nature. The large bathroom is complete and has a walk-in shower, double vanity, and a jetted tub. On the same floor is a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.
