Summary: The room could only be locked with difficulty, which was of some concern. The toilet was difficult to flush and on some occasions would not flush at all. The breakfast was generally fine, but on the last day I had to ask twice for access to food and did not get all I asked for. I was charged a 5 euro fee for keeping my luggage after checkout - I have never had to pay this fee in any other hotel in Paris, in fact in no other hotel in any country I have visited. I am accustomed to staying in budget-end hotels in Paris, but I have to say this hotel was disappointing. The owners need to attend to property maintenance in the areas noted above, to ensure that future guests enjoy their stay.
