Summary: Everyone we dealt with at the front desk were super nice. The room was fine, nothing special. The bathroom was gross. There were several pieces of black hair around…on the counter, the toilet, edge of the shower and lots behind the door. We had wipes so we wiped everything down so it didn’t feel so gross. I went to use the bathroom and it smelt like an alley in Seattle, the urine smell around the toilet area was nasty. Then I had to call down to the front desk because we didn’t have any towels. The shower head sprayed everywhere except at us, we had to close the door as much as possible and squeeze our hand in to turn it on so we didn’t get water sprayed in our face. There were several area of the floor where the vinyl and wallpaper were lifting, looked very old and tired. The shower surround was very worn and chipped. My husband only ate a small serving of the potatoes for breakfast, he said the eggs looked nasty. I didn’t even go in the breakfast area because I’m gluten free and usually don’t find anything I can eat. A very different experience than we usually get at a Hampton Inn.
