Positive: Most rentals feel like a rental; this place is the exception - as soon as you enter, you feel right at home. It is beautifully decorated, the beds are comfortable with high end linens, and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need. In addition, there were many items to make it feel like home - games, puzzles & books, charging stations at the bedside, umbrellas for a rainy day. It is also well located, a short distance walk to the center.

Negative: The only disappointment here was that unfortunately there were no cushions on the outside porch furniture. The property manager, Vacasa, was unable to help us locate them. The initial calls go to a national team, who give generic answers rather than forwarding you along to the local team. So it took several hours to get our call addressed by the local team, but they also were not able to assist. These cushions were not located anywhere accessible by the guests. My suggestion would be to locate them where guests can access them.
