Fabulous home on Stage Harbor Inlet. Stunning sunrise and sunset views from every room. A boaters paradise including private dockage for a boat up to 30 feet. Kayaks and paddle boards can be launched right from the front yard. The expansive backyard includes a beautiful pool overlooking the water.
The house is a 6 bedroom, 5 bath with an abundance of open space and also some private quiet spaces. The living, dining, and kitchen areas are open. There is also a separate den, a quiet library and a game room with a pool table, card table and bar. The kitchen is very well equipped! Three of the bedrooms, the den and the game room all have smart tv's. All of the bedrooms have a/c.
There are many amenities for your outdoor entertainment, including 4 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, a canoe, 12 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, beach toys, coolers and cornhole.
This home is dog friendly but only with approval. You must let me know what size, breed and age your dog is and then receive approval to bring it. If approved there is a $200 pet fee.
