Positive: Excellent location. 2 minute walk to beach. Very close to supermarkets. Easy walking distance for cafes and restaurants and other amenities. Apartment was larger than most. Very clean and comfortable.

Negative: Parking space is very tight. Could be awkward if you have a large car. Communal entrance/hallway to building is shabby, contrasting with the fresh, clean appearance inside the apartment.

Summary: Very convenient location for beach, town centre and surrounding area.
