This retreat has been beautifully redecorated & furnished with a Florida Coast theme with a relaxing vibe inside and out.
All Stays Longer than 28 Days are required a Bi-weekly cleaning at the guest's personal expense during their stay. A Representative will be contacting you to schedule your cleaning for the duration of your stay. Failure to do so will result and an extra cleaning fee at the end of your stay.

These rules are intended to promote the peaceful enjoyment of living in our community.
GATHERINGS : Gatherings of more the maximum number of people allowed in this property at any given time is 6 people. Events and Parties of any kind are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
SWIMMING POOL AND POOL AREA
Persons shall shower before entering the pool.
NO GLASS of any kind is allowed in the pool area.
Only swimwear may be worn in the pool.
No persons who cannot swim will be allowed in the pool without supervision. No animals are allowed in the pool area.
The use of the pool area is for residents and guests only
GARBAGE COLLECTION
Please have your garbage packed into large plastic bags or container out in front of your home Monday and Thursday. Monday is also recycling day. All recyclables can be placed in one bin. All trash bins MUST be placed by the road before pickup and removed from curbside on day of schedule pickup. (We recommend that you place your bins out the night b
Please note that after booking this property, you are required to provide us with color copies of Government Issued Photos ID's for every person in your party who is 18 years of age or older within 24 hours of making the reservation. We are required and retain the right to perform a felony background check on each person. Any person's with a SEXUAL FELONY CONVICTION will not be permitted on the property. Full refunds will be granted if this affects your ability to keep your reservation.
ANY VIOLATION OF THESE RULES MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF YOUR RERSERVATION.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
-100% refunds will be granted for cancelations requested in writing prior to 60 days of your scheduled arrival date and a 50% refund prior to 30 days of arrival. Cancelations within 30 days of arrival will not be honored unless some or all of your dates are booked by another traveler which may be equal to or less than your total booking amount, depending on the number of days we are able to fill. Please note that any credit card payment or refund fees incurred by Good Vibes Vacation Rental Mgt. associated with your cancelation will be subtracted from your refund.
"On-Sight Payment Method' fees (4.25%) for reservations booked through HomeAway (VRBO) or Directly are not refundable. All refunds including any Security Damage Deposits will be issued by a check and mailed to your mailing address on file at no additional fee, or by request only, can be refunded back to the original credit card and will be subject 5% processing fee.

Pets are approved on a case by case basis via photos and phone interview. Cats are NEVER allowed.

This home has its own private screen in pool with an outside deck that has been beautifully landscaped as a retreat from the city life. Located right off US-1, you're close enough to town but also nestled in a quiet preserve for ultimate enjoyment and relaxation with the whole family.

We love your pets and welcome them. However, Florida Insurance companies have restricted certain specific breeds from rental properties (we disagree but have no choice in this).

All dogs must be kept under control and leashed when outside. This is Florida Law.
If your dog defecates within the neighborhood, you are required to remove it and clean it up. This again is a Martin County law.

The homeowner and by extension any renter is responsible to quiet any barking dog.

The large kitchen comes fully kitchen stocked with any of the essentials of home for your cooking needs. The kitchen also includes a 2-person breakfast bar or table for your helpers to sit at while you and your guest prepare a wonderful meal to share in the dining room at our 6-person table. Don't feel like cooking try one of the wonderful local restaurants for takeout (or doordash) to bring back to sit by on the porch and enjoy a meal on the deck at sunset. This wonderful home can sleep 6 comfortable. This home is a perfect for a group of friends or a family. Just make sure you discuss who gets top bunk before you get there! You can bring work and play to this home as well. Bring the laptop to get that extra work done. We have equipped the home with a dedicated workspace with Wifi. Now for the fun! Don't forget to bring the boat to fish or cruise our coastal water ways. The boat ramp is located less than a 15-minute drive north up U.S. 1. But the Best part about this home is the gorgeous private Screened in backyard pool. You can float the time away in this tranquil Oak retreat.
