Summary: We really enjoyed the home, its location and especially the pool. The owners communicated very well for check in etc. The home was very clean, the beds and furniture was very comfortable. There was plenty of supplies in the kitchen and baths. However, this home needs lots of basic maintenance work. Here is a partial list: The grill did not heat up enough to grill food, the ice/water dispenser ran slow or not at all, the dishwasher worked only sometimes, the outdoor firepit did not work, the blinds in the pool house did not work, all of the shower heads need replaced, it took a long time for the hot water to heat up to wash dishes or take a shower, some of the pool furniture needs replaced, there needed more than 4 pool towels, etc. All of these things were minor but made the use of the house more annoying. I would book this house again except for these issues. I think a more rigorous maintenance schedule would make this home more desirable to rent.
