Please be aware the home is pier and beam and has sets of 3 stairs through out the home inside.. This is not a handicapped friendly home.
No formal dining room table. One bar with 5 total chairs. it is narrow. One pull out picnic style table that will seat 4.
Main house is 3 bedrooms plus loft room, with 1 bathroom. Guest house has 1 queen bed, bathroom, and game room. Guest house is 25 feet from main house.
Beautiful bulb lights drape the apricot tree in the backyard at night. Giving a truly peaceful experience under the Amarillo night sky. Kitchen is large, great for big groups, with two living rooms on both sides. Kitchen and bathroom have beautiful natural slate stone. Open floor plan, with bedrooms tucked off to the side. Plenty of beds with 1 king, 4 Queens, 1 twin mattress, and 1 queen blow up mattress that can be placed anywhere you like. Back house includes bathroom, gameroom and bed. Enjoy a separate office space with desk. Large backyard with propane grill. Fire pit - (BRING YOUR OWN FIREWOOD) Large patio with 2 patio tables and 12 chairs total! Swing that will seat 3 that hangs from the large apricot tree.
