The Space:
There is a separate exterior entry to the basement and is equipped with a full kitchen, bedroom, and full bath. In addition, there is a full washer and dryer for use at your convenience during your stay!

As you walk into the queen bedroom, you'll be comforted by the decor and modern decor, perfect side tables for charging your phones overnight, and a closet with a dresser and hangers so you can unpack your belongings so you're not just "traveling" but able to make yourself at home!

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities for making a full-spread breakfast, or those wonderful, home-cooked dinners in the evening. Enjoy a freshly brewed cup of coffee at your convenience. Right attached to the kitchen is the dining room! Enjoy circling for great conversation and a fun time!
BATHROOM
The full bathroom with bathtub is fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, fresh and soft bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths!

Getting Around:
Conveniently enjoy walking down the street and you'll find yourself at Stetson Park in less than 5 minutes! Walk if your prefer, but less than a 5 minute drive and you will have easy access to a King Soopers for groceries, Fiesta Jalisco which serves amazing Mexican food, Jasmine Cafe which serves delicious Chinese food, and Golden Flame Wings which might seem like a hidden gem once you've tried it!
