Come enjoy our cozy hill country escape, located minutes from downtown Dripping Springs. We're close to wedding venues (Camp Lucy, Memory Lane, Cricket Hill Ranch), wineries (Driftwood Estate Winery, Duchman Family Winery, Wimberley Valley Winery), distilleries (Dripping Springs Distillery, Desert Door Distillery, Cypress Creek Reserve, Deep Eddy), classic eateries (Salt Lick BBQ, Thyme & Dough, Trattoria Lisina, Tillies), Jacob's Well, The Blue Hole, Wimberley, and so much more!
The space
Our guest space is ~700 square feet with an open floor plan. It is equipped with a kitchen, bath & walk in closet. We have a queen size bed, 2 twin size beds, couch & rockers. There is a twin size cot and a pack & play crib available if you have additional guests. The kitchen has a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, toaster, pots & pans, plates, bowls, utensils & more. View the llamas and free range chickens as you relax on the outdoor balcony or near the fire pit & picnic table.

Guest access
Guests will park at the garage and have access to the loft house located above the garage and the immediate space surrounding. The main house and surrounding space is occupied by our family. The gate code and key-less entry code will be provided prior to arrival.
Interaction with guests
We will interact as much or as little as our guests desire. Let us know of any special requests in advance and we will do our best to make sure you have what you need & your stay is enjoyable.

When you arrive you will notice the llamas almost immediately! It's important to make sure the gate closes behind you to keep the llamas in.

Check in is 3:00 pm. Check out is 11:00 am. If you need flexibility, please let us know and we will try to accommodate. A unique code to the key-less entry will be provided for each guest prior to your arrival.
