This 3,600 sq ft home sits on a 55-acre property just outside of Traverse City. It includes 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, and an array of other amenities.
The home is 15 minutes from Crystal Mountain and the Interlochen Center for the Arts, and 25 minutes from Traverse City. It is the highest point in the county besides Crystal Mountain--so get ready for some AMAZING views!
There is an unattached garage on the property that has a separate living area. We will likely be living there throughout the summer and winter months, and at certain times during the rest of the year.
For winter guests--our driveway is long, steep, and curvy. We will be on-site to plow and salt the driveway, but sometimes Michigan blizzards can get extreme, so we want to make sure everyone is safe and still has access to the house. From November through April, we ask guests to:
Option 1: Bring vehicles with either snow tires or AWD/4WD and *good* all-season tires.
Option 2: If your vehicles are not equipped for snow and ice, we ask that you use our Toyota Sequoia to transport yourselves and your luggage up to the house.
Upon arrival, the Sequoia will be located in the Parking Area near the entrance of the driveway. You can park your vehicles there and use the Sequoia to drive the rest of the way up the driveway (see the listing Photos for a map of the driveway).
If you need to use the Sequoia, a separate car rental agreement will need to be signed, and proof of insurance for any drivers will be required. For more details, feel free to message!
